I was just in the store today and bought a wonderful OSU sweatshirt. I loved that it was different and of high quality when compared to other stores and shirts I have seen. The owner is super friendly and goes out of her way to help you. From my experiences I would say she carries a better quality of merchandise than you find in a chain store.
I recently ordered a limited run shirt online through Modern Mavin. I realized (too late) that I made a mistake and e-mailed them. Tonya was quick to respond back and had great communication. She took care of my mistake and my wife is happy for it. Start to finish great customer service!
Modish Maven is a great new women’s boutique in downtown Lima. I’m so happy to see this space filled in a renovated building that has charm. The huge windows and exposed brick provide a bright, airy, and pleasant shopping experience. The owner Tonya opened earlier this year, and has been so friendly, helpful and engaging each time I’ve been in to shop. She really listens to what you’re looking for. I’ve been able to find several perfect blouses, a cami and cardigans that I’ve been looking for. I also picked up a great leather cross-body bag. The store has all new women’s clothing, jewelry and handbags. The prices are reasonable and the items are boutique quantities. They carry sizes small to 3X. Every time I go in she has new items and lots of color for Spring.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this boutique!! FINALLY a boutique not for the younger crowd. This boutique has something for everyone, all shapes & sizes. I've been there several times already & they have something new every time! The owner is amazing!! She is so kind & willing to help. I have lived in Lima my whole life & I'm so excited to see everything that is taking place downtown in the Central District.
I highly recommend Modish Maven for all sizes! They really have something for everyone! Shopping isn’t always fun for plus size women but the owner, Tonya, has created a beautiful space with stylish options! I definitely feel like I elevated my style today! You could make an entire afternoon out of visiting Modish Maven and all the other businesses at the new Central District building in downtown Lima!
