HIRING SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting our valued customers with their fashion needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing items and accessories
- Providing product knowledge and styling advice
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Steam and tag garments to ensure they are presentation-ready at all times.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience is very helpful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with the trends
- Quick and efficient problem solving skills
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Reliable in time management
- Basic computer skills are required, Shopify experience is a plus
- Availability during store hours: Tuesday-Friday 10-5 and Saturday 9-2.
